The extension is valid both for works on single building units and for the renovation of the common parts of condominial buildings. Please <strong>note that the deduction for the photovoltaic system is part of the building renovations and not in the deductions for energy saving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition,<strong>the deduction must be divided into 10 equal annual installments.<\/strong> The Budget Law 2020 extends the deductions to 31.12.2020 and the Superbonus interventions to 30.06.2021, and similarly to what has already been provided for the energy upgrading of buildings, it has also provided that those who take advantage of the bonuses, will have to send to Enea, electronically, some data on the type of interventions carried out.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information will be used by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenziaentrate.gov.it\/portale\/\">the Agency <\/a>to monitor and assess the energy savings achieved as a result of the renovation work.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iva-ridotta\">REDUCED VAT<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the interventions of recovery of the building heritage and also for photovoltaic systems you can also take advantage of the reduced rate in terms of value added tax or 10%.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of new construction of first home you can request VAT at 4% but in this case the benefit is not compatible with the tax deduction.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure bonus <\/strong>thanks to the installation of the photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More precisely:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the owner or the bare owner<\/li><li>the holder of a right in rem of enjoyment (usufruct, use, dwelling or surface)<\/li><li>the tenant or the borrower<\/li><li>members of divided and undivided cooperatives<\/li><li>partners in simple partnerships<\/li><li>individual entrepreneurs, only for buildings that are not instrumental or goods.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-modalita-di-pagamento\">METHOD OF PAYMENT<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Payment <\/strong>for the photovoltaic system must be made by postal or bank transfer, on which the following must appear:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>reason for payment, with reference to the regulation (Article 16-bis of Presidential Decree 917\/1986),<\/li><li>tax code of the beneficiary of the deduction,<\/li><li>tax code or VAT number of the beneficiary of the payment,<\/li><li>invoice number and date.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-documentazione-necessaria\">DOCUMENTATION NEEDED<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the purchases and consequent payments for the photovoltaic system have been made, it is necessary to take care of the <strong>documentation to be presented<\/strong> to the qualified professional.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More precisely, it needs to be preserved:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>transfer receipt,<\/li><li>documentation of debiting the current account,<\/li><li>invoices for the purchase of goods, indicating the nature, quality and quantity of the goods and services purchased,<\/li><li>possible communication to the ASL,<\/li><li>application for stacking, for newly built property,<\/li><li>receipts for payment of IMU, if due,<\/li><li>in the case of a building located in a condominium, the resolution of the condominium assembly approving the work and the relative cost allocation table,<\/li><li>Owner\u2019s declaration of consent to the work,<\/li><li>the municipal authorisations required at the start of work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2362\"
