An opportunity to use this space to expand the habitability of one\u2019s dwelling.  Large or small, transforming your <strong>balcony<\/strong> into a beautiful and welcoming place will be easier after reading this guide.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balconies and terraces are too often neglected, when these spaces should be cared for like the interior of the home. Furnishing the balcony is useful to be able to fully enjoy it in moments of relaxation, but before deciding how to furnish it, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirittierisposte.it\/Schede\/Condominio\/Parti-comuni\/il_regolamento_di_condominio_id1135318_art.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">read up on the requirements of the condominium regulation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cases are not rare, for example, where the use of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.braciamiancora.com\/legge-e-barbecue-vicini-condominio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">barbecue<\/a> is prohibited, or where the cultivation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ortomio.it\/ortaggi_da_balcone.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">particular species of plants<\/a> is not allowed. Keep in mind as well that there is a limit on the capacity of terrace and balcony floors, so watch the weight.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-organizzazione-degli-spazi\">SPACE ORGANIZATION<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like any space to be furnished, <strong>it is good to prepare drawings for the functional organization of the spaces<\/strong> and to find the solutions that are right for you. Whether decorating a large terrace or wanting to make the most of a balcony, a division of space into different functional areas is important. Each of them should be allocated to specific activities. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This subdivision in large spaces allows for non-dispersion in the distribution of plants and furnishings. In the opposite cases a visual downsizing limits the excessive length of the balcony. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-cosa-serve-lo-spazio-esterno\">WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE OUTER SPACE?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the question you will need to answer before moving forward with the definition of a project. <strong>What activities you are interested in doing outdoors, what passions you would like to give vent to in this unique space.<\/strong> To help you, I\u2019ve compiled a list of possible functions and some ways to implement them.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"999\" height=\"582\" src=\"https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/area-relax-balcone-stretto.jpg\" alt=\"balcony\" class=\"wp-image-7479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/area-relax-balcone-stretto.jpg 999w, https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/area-relax-balcone-stretto-300x175.jpg 300w, https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/area-relax-balcone-stretto-768x447.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 999px) 100vw, 999px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-orto\">GARDEN<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t have a garden for your <strong>vegetable garden<\/strong>, you can also create one in confined spaces, by hanging the pots on the railing or on a wall. In addition, you can beautify it perhaps by growing, inside old crates, herbs for use in cooking.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-angolo-relax\">RELAX CORNER.<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, on the balcony you can create a <strong>sitting area<\/strong> where you can welcome your guests, or a small corner to be used for <strong>personal relaxation<\/strong>. If you are a lover of <a href=\"https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/category\/fai-da-te\/\">DIY<\/a> it will not be difficult to create comfortable and original seats with <a href=\"https:\/\/casaomnia.it\/pallet-come-creare-dei-mobili-fai-da-te\/\">recycled pallets<\/a> and cushions.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pranzo-all-aperto\">OUTDOOR LUNCH<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insert a table and chairs in a number and size appropriate to the size of the balcony. A small balcony, can accommodate just a small table for two to employ for a coffee break or romantic dinner. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, you can employ one of the retractable type that can be attached to the wall, but also special balcony tables that attach to the railing. In fact, the table can be used for dining for several people and be shaded by a large umbrella.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, there are several other pieces of furniture that can be easily incorporated. For example, a bench crate for storing gardening tools and expanding seating space, a barbecue for your outdoor dining, etc. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be spoiled for choice to accommodate your desires. The only real risk is to have a scattershot effect and elements that while interesting in themselves do not tie together. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-balcone-piccolo\">SMALL BALCONY<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make the balcony \u201c<strong>livable<\/strong>\u201c, the union minimum is a pair of chairs and an outdoor table. You won\u2019t be able to afford the table, but there are really small outdoor tables on the market today that will fit on any balcony.
