HOM is a Turin-based company that has been manufacturing industrial heating elements since the 1950s to the present.
Core business is the production of a new generation of appliances suitable for heating bathrobes, towels and garments that can be used in contract or private users.

HOM products are designed as design objects, with very low wattages as low as 40Watts
Since 2014, HOM has been developing and producing an absolutely new product for its technology in Italy: a heated sintered ceramic tile that is given different electrical power depending on its use and the place where it is placed. Such tiles are the heart of HOM’s electric towel warmers, to be used in homes to keep towels and bathrobes warm and dry.

HOM products use an innovative sintered tile that incorporates an electrical resistor within it; a proprietary technology created after three years of research in collaboration with the materials science department of the Polytechnic University of Turin that represents the most advanced technology in the field of electric heating. Class 2 insulation (appliances that are intrinsically safe because they have double electrical insulation by construction).

With the energy of a 100 W bulb, HOM heats your garments and delivers them to you warm in minutes.
The thermal inertia of the material from which the heating element is constructed and the construction techniques allow us to give off heat for tens of minutes still after it is turned off.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Products for sale on CasaOmnia are not in stock, except for promo products labeled “Fast Delivery.”
Each item sold is put into production according to the needs expressed by the customer during the order.
Upon receipt of the order from the customer, it will be sent to the manufacturing company that will communicate the expected date of departure.
CasaOmnia will publish this date in the order notes and the customer will receive an email notification.
Production time is generally 10 to 40 working days, varying according to manufacturers, models, sizes, colors, and time of year.
Summer and Christmas holidays affect production and delivery times.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once the order is ready, it will be entrusted to a private courier who specializes in delivering the purchased product, chosen on the basis of dimensions, volumes, weight, type of goods and type of packaging.
Generally the shipping times for standard products (not too bulky and not placed on wooden pallets) are:
- Approximately 1/2 working days for Italy
- Approximately 2/4 working days for Europe
- Approximately 3/7 working days for the rest of the world
For very voluminous products or placed on a wooden pallet the times are:
- Approximately 4 working days for Italy
- Approximately 4/7 working days for Europe
- to be checked upon departure for the rest of the world
For each of our shipments a tracking code is available which will be shared (in the order and via e-mail) with the customer at the departure of the goods.
In some cases, in particular when the agreement with the manufacturer also provides for delivery to the customer, it is possible that the tracking code is not available, but a delivery will be made by telephone appointment.
