The Customer can purchase the products in the CasaOmnia electronic catalog as described in the relevant information sheets.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by automatic forwarding of the “order receipt confirmation”, sent by e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
This order confirmation will contain the order execution date, delivery address, billing address and an “Order Number”, to be used in any further communication with CasaOmnia and to be used in the purpose of a possible Bank Transfer.
In caso di Bonifico Bancario la gestione dell’ordine partirà al buon esito del pagamento.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, CasaOmnia guarantees prompt communication to the Customer.
Products sold on CasaOmnia are not available in stock.
Each item sold is put into production according to the needs expressed by the customer during the order.
Production times are generally 20/30 working days, but vary depending on the manufacturers, models, sizes, colors and periods.
Once the order has been received by the customer, it will be sent to the manufacturer who will communicate an expected departure date.
CasaOmnia will publish this date in the order notes and the customer will receive an email notification.
Once the order is ready, it will be entrusted to a private courier who specializes in delivering the purchased product, chosen on the basis of dimensions, volumes, weight, type of goods and type of packaging.
Generally the shipping times for standard products (not too bulky and not placed on wooden pallets) are:
- Approximately 1/2 working days for Italy
- Approximately 2/4 working days for Europe
- Approximately 3/7 working days for the rest of the world
For very voluminous products or placed on a wooden pallet the times are:
- Approximately 4 working days for Italy
- Approximately 4/7 working days for Europe
- to be checked upon departure for the rest of the world
For each of our shipments a tracking code is available which will be shared (in the order and via e-mail) with the customer at the departure of the goods.
In some cases, in particular when the agreement with the manufacturer also provides for delivery to the customer, it is possible that the tracking code is not available, but a delivery will be made by telephone appointment.
DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE TRANSPORT
Since we choose specific couriers for each type of goods, transport damages are very rare.
Any damage attributable to the transport of the goods must be communicated within 8 days from when the customer or a third party other than the transporter enters into physical possession of the materials ordered.
The communication of any damage must be made by email to email@example.com endorsed by a photo of the damage to the product and the packaging received.
Once the extent of the damage has been verified, CasaOmnia will take care to find the best solution to solve the problem by comparing it with the manufacturer, generally proceeding with the replacement of the product.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
For orders placed by customers not resident in the European Union, customs duties are provided which vary according to value of the goods.
These amounts will be paid during the payment of the order under the heading VAT.
The delivery will therefore take place with duties and charges already paid, avoiding the customer long customs procedures and rapid shipment management.
All our products are covered by a 2 to 5 year warranty according to the manufacturers’ instructions.
Any type of malfunction can be communicated within this period by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CasaOmnia for the application of the warranty will act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer.
The return of the goods is to be carried out at our headquarters, subject to our authorization, for the verification of the reported malfunction.
Responsibility and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the defect has been verified, we will send the item to the manufacturer who will replace or repair it.
We will send the replaced or repaired item back to the customer.
WARRANTY OF LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) in Articles 128-135 provides the obligation for the seller to guarantee consumers the conformity of the purchased good to the characteristics and quality offered.
The seller is therefore responsible for the lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the good for all the products sold in its stores.
The lack of conformity exists when the product:
– is not suitable for the use to which it must normally serve;
– does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities presented by the seller;
– does not offer the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type;
– is not suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer, if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.
The Legal Guarantee exclusively protects the “consumer”, ie the natural person who, having purchased a product, acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity performed and therefore does not apply to products purchased with invoice and VAT number by professionals and companies.
The legal guarantee has a duration of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods, regardless of the existence of any other guarantees issued by the manufacturer and the duration of the same.
The European resident Consumer is informed that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
This tool can be used by the European Consumer to resolve non-judicially any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the network and / or deriving from them.
Consequently, if you are an established consumer in Europe, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract entered into on this site.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us VIDMA S.R.L. – Via Camaldolilli, 167 – 80131 Naples Tel. 081 1957 0168 – E-mail: email@example.com of its decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example letter sent by e-mail or post).
To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form by clicking here, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Product sales via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is carried out outside business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively for private persons (consumers), who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or do not make the purchase by indicating a reference to VAT in the order form to CasaOmnia.
Therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 14 of the receipt of the goods, a communication in which the will to withdraw from the contract is expressed. The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the returned product must be intact, ie:
- the original packaging must be present
- the integral elements of the product must be present (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)
- the product must not have suffered damage due to causes other than transportation.
PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have made a purchase at our site and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you will need to follow this simple procedure:
- To exercise this right, the customer must send the company any explicit communication to the contacts indicated above within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Provide, using a courier of your choice, the shipping of the product carefully packed in its original packaging complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
- Insure the shipment against theft and damage caused by transport and pay the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, CasaOmnia reserves the right to charge for any damages sustained by withholding them from the sums to be repaid.

EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The reimbursement could be withheld more than 14 days only until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods or until these have been received by us, depending on which situation occurs first.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement, the reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code:
a) service contracts after the complete performance of the service if the execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the professional;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the professional is not able to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized;
d) the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
f) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inherently mixed with other goods;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, which can be delivered only after thirty days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations on the market that cannot be controlled by the professional;
h) contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the professional for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such visit, the professional provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than the spare parts necessary to carry out maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to such services or additional goods;
i) the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery;
j) the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
k) contracts concluded at a public auction;
l) the supply of accommodation for non-residential purposes, the transport of goods, car rental services, catering services or services relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
m) the supply of digital content through non-material support if the execution started with the consumer’s express agreement and with his acceptance of the fact that in such a case he would have lost the right of withdrawal.
